PAYMENT
Payment in full is required at the commencement of the hire for both hire and bond. This can be Credit Card Travelers Cheques, EFTPOS or Cash.
INSURANCE
All vehicles come with a comprehensive insurance included in our rates. This covers damage to our vehicles and third party property. An excess applies to all hires.
BOND
A bond is required on all rentals. This is to cover the excess. This can be in the form of a Credit Card imprint.
DRIVERS LICENCE REQUIREMENTS
Drivers must hold a full Licence and must be presented at the commencement of the hire. International Licences are welcome.
FUEL
Fuel is the responablity of the hirer.
DURATION
If the length of the hire is shortened the rates may change. Minimum one day hire. One day is 24 hours.
CONDITIONS
All hires are subject to the terms and conditions of the Rental Agreement.
CANCELLATION
Where a booking is cancelled once it has been confirmed by a deposit or full payment a fee may apply.
VEHICLE AVAILABILITY
While we endeavor to supply the class of car quoted at the time of reservation we reserve the right to substitute it with a similar or upgraded model.
